Our Purpose

We wish to end the plague of false accusations in America. We equip the falsely accused with tools to help themselves.

We are not a political party. We are not a law firm. We are a movement of ordinary American Citizens — Some of us are the falsely accused, or their families, their communities — who demand that the law apply equally to those who enforce it.

What We Believe

The Presumption of Innocence is Absolute. No person should be convicted on hearsay or uncorroborated testimony. A lie is not evidence.

Immunity is Slavery. Judges, prosecutors, police, and officials who commit fraud or fabricate evidence should face the same penalties they impose on others. No one is above the law or are they?

False Accusations Destroy the Family. The family is the fundamental unit of society. The state exists to protect it, not to weaponize children, divorce, or criminal procedures as tools of control.

Transparency Ends Tyranny. The truth will no longer be hidden.

The Power Belongs to We the People. United States Citizens have the right and duty to hold an Unconstitutional government accountable.

Our Structure

The movement is built from the ground up. We are starting with the Forgotten people in our Nation. The Innocent Prisoners. Those falsley Accused and/or Wrongfully Convicted. They need help and there is not much available. Most of them did not know they could defend themselves. Every falsely accused prisoner needs only one trusted friend on the outside to begin the "pro se" process of exoneration. This friend, their Advocate, will serve as the prisoner's lifeline — managing the inmates documents, filing forms, and coordinating with the network.

Constitutional United States Citizens Are The Heart Of The Movement. We have to defend ourselves, because no one else will.

Our Objectives

Education: We have started to teach the falsely accused their constitutional rights and how to navigate a broken system. The Self-Help Pro Se Packet is the primary tool. But that is just the beginning, we would like to make sure the Constitution is Upheld into every aspect of Life Liberty and Justice. The best is yet to come.

Life Restoration: Provide the Self-Help Pro Se Exoneration Packet so that every innocent person can clear their name and reclaim their life.
