Modesto, California | First arrest: May 25, 2002

At 14 years old, Nicholas witnessed his grandfather, C Hunstable (former Stanislaus County Supervisor for Social Services), moles*ing a child. Instead of protecting a minor the system targeted Nicholas.

Judge Silvaire — a former associate of the grandfather — along with Public Defender Carrillo, and others coerced Nicholas into a plea. Carrillo received a career advancement for his role. Attorney S Foley abused Nicholas while alone with him, forcing him to comply.

Nicholas had a CPS report in his favor, a statement from the victim, a video, and a personal appearance from the child stating Nicholas never harmed her. All of this was filed but never entered into the record.

Since then, Nicholas has been falsely accused two more times by members of the grandfather's family. Not a shred of evidence. But court officials ensured he was punished each time. Documents were altered. Evidence was tampered with.

The collusion includes: 3 judges, 11 attorneys, 3+ officers, 2 reporters, 6 civilians, 1 school official, an unknown number of CPS workers, and a business.

Sixteen days before his release from Valley State Prison in 2025, Nicholas was taken as a "courtesy" a pretense telling him for "convenience being closer to home for release. Unknown to him, tricked into being placed in fraudulent "Civil Commitment" procedure — a backdoor detention the county claims was filed by the prison who had already had his parole papers finalized Jan 6 and his release papers finalized feb 2. He was kidnapped from prison and rearrested without his knowledge in order for the county to retain a pretensous jurisdiction. This case is not the only one in that county who has claimed jurisdiction on a state inmate.

The family has hired an attorney and has reached out for federal intervention.

Raul G.

Castroville, California | Arrested: January 1, 2010

Raul G, 18, was arrested for a shooting that occurred on December 31, 2009. From the start, the system failed him.

He was denied a gun residue test — a test that would have instantly proven his innocence. Instead, he was booked under the name "Rogelio Garcia," age 27. For nearly a year, the court knew him only as Rogelio. The case name was eventually corrected, but no one ever positively identified Raul.

Nevertheless, he was sentenced to 50 years in prison.

Since his wrongful conviction, Raul has been subjected to extreme violence. He was placed in a maximum‑security prison and recently required brain surgery. Through it all, he has maintained his innocence.

Raul has now served 16 years for a crime he did not commit.
